Please use the application below to apply for Family Assistance funding.  Funding is available on a first come, first served basis.  Submitting the application does not guarantee your request will be fulfilled.  In order to receive funding, you must have at least one student attending a CIS partner school.  Please view the Programs page for a list of our current partner schools.   If you have questions regarding the application, please contact your school's CIS Coordinator.
